MY ORDER

I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?

When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our support department and request a cancellation or modification. After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it.

To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number.

To modify an order, please include all the details of your order: order number, product colours and specify the item you would like to modify in your email. We’ll do our best to help you!

I placed my order, but I have not received any confirmation email yet.
Make sure to double check your spam folder and other email accounts. Still can’t find it? Don't worry, just contact us and one our representative will help you right away!

PAYMENT

What type of payments do you accept?
We support any major credit card companies (Visa, Mastercard, Discover etc..) and we also accept PayPal payments.

Canadian Resident? Zen Peek allows Canadian residents to make payments with the interac transfer payment offered by their financial institution (e-transfers). Please send your payment to payment@zenpeek.com with the answer to the secret question in the comment section of the payment.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO

When can I expect to receive my order?
At Zen Peek we understand that you want your package to arrive as soon as possible. This is why we guarantee you shipment within one business day after your order has been fully processed. All of our orders should be received within 3 to 5 business days in Canada and 5 to 7 business days in the United States.

Will my order arrive on time for Christmas?
Zen Peek will make sure your package arrives on time for this years Christmas season. The cut off date for this year is December 19th, 2017 as we will be processing hundreds of orders per day. Passed the 19th and panicking? Don't worry, send us an email at support@zenpeek.com and we can help you with one day shipping.

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email you used with your purchase. In some cases, tracking number will only start working within 24 hours due to delays with Canada Post's systems.

How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through the checkout process, you can enter your delivery address and continue to the shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and displayed to your subtotal at the bottom of the page. Orders over 64.99$ in Canadian dollars and our Zen Boxes will have free expedited parcel shipping.

Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives?
Zen Peek is not responsible for any customs, duty or tax fees determined by the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional fees required. Canadian customers will not be charged customs or additional fees as the product ships from our facility in Montreal, Quebec or Toronto, Ontario depending on available quantities.

RETURN AND REFUND

I ordered the wrong item, what should I do?
For any changes within 24 hours after ordering send an email to support@zenpeek.com with all the details of your order and we will adjust the order for you.

I received the wrong item, what should I do? 
We apologize for any inconveniences and we’d be happy to help you right away by offering a free replacement order. Please see our return and refund policy for further instructions.
